3 Ingredient Chocolate Ice Creame (Vegan)

INGREDIENTS :
- 250ml coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Place a mixing bowl in the freezer and let it chill for at least 10 hours.
- To the mixing bowl, add the chilled coconut cream and whisk on high speed until the cream turns thick and fluffy.
- Using a sieve, add the cocoa powder to the cream.
- Add in the maple syrup and continue to whisk until all ingredients are well combined. Use a spatula to fold the mixture until it turns light and smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and return to the freezer for 5-6 hours.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, crushed cookies, nuts, or any other topping and serve.
